Warranty Registration

Thank you for purchasing a Dishmaster® Faucet. Please refer to your Dishmaster® manual for complete warranty information. You are not required to submit this Warranty Registration or a copy of your Sales Receipt. However in the event warranty replacement parts are required and you cannot provide proof of date of purchase, the warranty period will be based on the date of manufacture rather than date of purchase. This could significantly shorten your warranty period.

To register your Dishmaster® warranty: 1) Complete at least the following section 2) Attach a copy of your sales receipt at the bottom of the section (be sure it clearly shows the date of purchase).

To complete your warranty registration we need a copy of your purchase receipt. If you have a scanner or a digital camera you can upload a digital copy of your receipt below, please make sure the date of purchase is clearly visible. If you would rather send it in by mail you can fill out the warranty card that was included with your DISHMASTER®. If you did not get a warranty card please let us know and we will send you a new warranty card.
